The Lilydale Show Society originally started in 1903 until World War II in 1914. The Show Society reformed in 1954 and has been running ever since. A feature of the horticultural section was the massed floral exhibits by Healesville, Lilydale, Mt Evelyn and Croydon Horticultural Societies as seen in the picture above. |
